What are DTF gang sheets?
Direct-to-film, or DTF, transfers let you print detailed full-color graphics and apply them to compatible garments with a heat press. A gang sheet places multiple logos, names or designs together on one larger sheet so the available print area is used efficiently. That makes gang sheets useful for small apparel brands, print shops, schools, teams and businesses that need several designs or sizes without committing to a large run of one graphic.

Flexible for shirts, hoodies and custom apparel
DTF works especially well when a design includes multiple colors, fine details, names, numbers or photo-style artwork. It is a practical option for custom T-shirts, hoodies, team apparel, staff shirts, event merchandise and short-run orders where traditional screen setup may not be the best fit.

Turnaround depends on the size of the order, artwork readiness and current production volume. When requesting pricing, include the gang-sheet dimensions you need if known, the number of sheets, your deadline and the artwork files.
